My Favorite Doterra Products

These are a few of my favorite things!

This was not easy for me, as doTERRA has so many amazing products that have taken over every room in my house. I wanted to pick items not only that I love, but that I am sure we never run out of so you know they are important too. Here we go!

The Essential Life Book And Farmhouse Vinyl labels - Fun recipes and pretty labels! You need both when it comes to the world of essential oils.This book has a variety of recipes, self care, cleaning, nutrition, DIY, and is a go-to resource to look up what to use for all ailments. Danielle over at @farmhousevinyls on Etsy or Facebook is my go-to place for awesome quality labels. Her style and turn around time are all on point.

Oil Holder- This gem is from @damwoodworking who happens to be my very talented brother. We have stands, shelves, and oil holders all over the house from him. He takes custom orders too. Convenience is key! Keep oils in whatever room you use them in. Bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, etc. all have oils in them. This helps because when I see them, I will remember to use them. Or maybe you remember, but you're too lazy to walk downstairs to the kitchen in order to get the oil you need in the bedroom for a good nights sleep. Trust me, I have been there. Oil holder = problem solved.

Speaking of convenience, let's jump in to the roller bottles!

Rose- A big gun, yet very gentle. Great for any type of skin imperfections or extra immune support. Many women like to use as a toxic free perfume.

InTune- This may be my personal favorite. I use it all day every day. Wrists, neck, and chest. Promotes not only focus for my multitasking brain, but also has calming properties.

Peace- Who couldn't use more peace in their life? This quickly became a favorite of mine after seeing my oldest kiddo fall in love with it. So many moments where he quickly grabs peace to handle his own emotions.

Lavender- Calming and soothing for all the things. Emotions, skin, mind, you name it. An excellent anti inflammatory.

On Guard- Our protective blend we use daily as a proactive measure to our health. It sits right next to our vitamins so we are sure to not miss a day.

Frankincense- When in doubt use Frank. It is good for everything, and when used with other oils only enhances their properties too. Powerful and gentle, you just cant go wrong using Frankincense.

Lemon and Wild Orange- These are top pick oils for flavoring my water. 1 drop + 8 oz water + titanium steel or glass cup = amazingly fresh and cleansing. Flavoring my water has so many great benefits, but honestly it just helps me drink more water which is a huge win in my book.

Balance- Our grounding blend is utilized by my whole family and you should be using it daily too. First thing in the morning we apply to our feet and chest and inhale deep breathes out of the bottle. With that, we are ready to conquer the day.

On Guard Products- Seriously the whole line is phenomenal! Laundry soap, toothpaste, mouthwash, hand soap, etc. The On Guard cleaning concentrate is probably our favorite though. We have been able to ditch all the toxic cleaning products with this bottle that is very affordable and lasts a long time. From washing dishes, all purpose spray, to cleaning my bathroom it is so effective. I cant talk this one up enough.

Lifelong Vitality Pack - Who doesn't want a longer life packed full of energy and love. These supplements are doTERRA's number one selling product for a good reason. They will change the way you feel every single day and you will never want to go a day without them in your regimen.

Petal Diffuser - There are so many brands and style of diffusers both from doTERRA and many other companies. Even many stores carry them these days but I will say the one that has stood the test of time is the petal diffuser from doTERRA. I have tried lots of different ones out there and this one works amazing, lasts, and is easy to clean.

I told you this was not easy for me to narrow them down BUT here they are.
