Essential Oils + Grilling
Spice your grilling season up this year by adding some amazing flavors offered by essential oils to your meats. My all time favorite is adding essential oils to honey and brushing on chicken or fish before grilling. I also like to make yummy dips for meat including lemon + hollandaise sauce or herbed butters for steaks. Get creative and have fun with your cooking this grilling season. Just remember essential oils are 50-70x more potent then herbs so less is always better. You can always add more to the dish. Using a toothpick to put oils on and swirl around in the sauce/marinate is a great idea vs putting drops directly into dish.
Different essential oils pair good with certain meats and I am going to break that down for you.
