Tips + Tricks to Traveling with your Oils

Anytime we go anywhere we have essential oils in tow because you just never know what could happen especially when there is four littles involved. We have a first aid kit that we keep in the car at all times. You can find the details of this kit here. But today we are going to chat about packing for an actual vacation, business trips, etc. and what we take as a family.

Items we always bring:

Bring The Diffuser:

We never go anywhere without taking our diffuser. We like to start On Guard, Lemon, and Wild Orange as soon as we get to where we are going so that we can cleanse and purify the air in the room we will be sleeping and spending time in. Investing in a car diffuser is something else I would strongly suggest. Calming the kiddos, motion sickness, or pick me up to keep you going as the driver.

Saving Space:

This hack will save you so much room in your packing AS WELL AS makes making decisions of what oils to take and which to leave MUCH easer. We love to use the sample drams and this case from oillife.com to be able to take all our oils with us without actually having to take all the oils. The drams hold about 20 drops each and you can always take a couple of the ones that you know you will be using often.

Utilize Rollers:

Again a great way to bring a lot of different oils without actually bringing your whole collection of oils. You can make diluted rollers of each individual oils for topical use or put together some awesome blends.

Buy Travel Sized Products:

Last but not least, doTERRA carries a lot of amazing products that we use daily too, such as shampoo and conditioner, hand sanitizer, deep blue, etc. Many of these products you can find in a small travel size version.
