Mood Boosting Blends

Has the showery reputation of April held true where you live? I think the best part about rainy April showers is it brings May flowers, which brings so much beauty outside.  The first day of Spring has come and gone, but it still might not be feeling like actual Spring yet... AKA you’re still cooped up inside and the beautiful flowers are not popping up yet.  April can be a period of discomfort as we wait for May, a period of happiness and joy .

Today’s blog is focused on offering you direct recipes to assist/cope with your moods and emotions.

All of these recipes are made in 10ml roller bottles topped and with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Apply these rollers to your neck, wrists, ears, temples, heart center, feet, etc.  If any of these recipes call for more oil than you are comfortable using, then you can always cut the recipe in half and still use a 10ml roller.  You can also do these recipes in a diffuser and adjust drops accordingly to your preference.
