What does fitness mean to you?

Fitness. It really can be for everyone!  In some shape or form, if you allow yourself, you will like fitness! Even more, you will like how it makes you feel.  You don't have to love running, yoga or weight lifting in order to love working out. There are so many options out there, it is crazy.  You just have to be willing to try something new, get uncomfortable for a little bit, try out a new class, or put something on Youtube and shake your booty off in the living room (yes I am referring to zumba).  Moving your body is part of living an active lifestyle and I am here today to tell you that you CAN love it.  I am also here to tell you about a few products that will help you in your fitness journey.

Deep Blue Rub AND Deep Blue Polyphenol Complex 

Everyone hates the dreaded start of working out when your body hurts so bad.  I know I am not the only one who has been there.  These two products will be your best friend.  I use the Polyphenol Complex pill in replace to any over the counter medicine you would use for aches and pains.  The bonus is it works better, my body will not build resistance to it, and there are no side effects.  I will take 1 capsule up to 3-4 times a day to help my body recover and sooth the aches.  Now, the rub is instant relief for me.  It is also really great to use pre-work out to warm up your muscles and get things flowing.  

Mito2Max

This is a natural energy supplement with no crash. YES, PLEASE.  I like to start my day off with 1-2 capsules.  If I am needing an afternoon pick me up, I will take another.  It is a great alternative to caffeine with even better healthier results.  (p.s.- safe for nursing moms)

Lemon or Grapefruit Essential Oil

Water intake is a vital part of your fitness journey.  Flavoring your water with one of our citrus oils will not only help you intake more water (because it tastes fantastic), but it will also have cleansing benefits too.  It will help flush your body of toxins and speed up your digestive system.  

Serenity and Copaiba Softgels 

Good. Sleep. Not just sleep... but the good deep sleep your body craves in order to recover from hard workouts and rejuvenate for the next day.  I love taking 1 soft gel of each with some warm lemon-honey water to wind down.  I will take these about 20 minutes before crawling into bed.  These both come as essential oils too and I enjoy combining the soft gels internally with the essential oils in my bedroom diffuser at night. 

It is not going to be easy to start, but it’s going to be worth it.  Make it a habit! Start today and commit to moving your body for at least 15 minutes a day.  Watch and see what happens to your overall health!  Sleep, emotions, digestion, immune system, and so many other aspects of your health will show a positive outcome.
