How to Get Your Kids to Eat All The Greens

Do you or your kids eat the following items daily: Kale? Dandelion greens? Spinach? Parsley? Alfalfa? Barley?

These are just a few of the amazing ingredients included in doTERRA Terragreens.  A blend of whole fruits and vegetables, combined with doTERRA essential oils, which provides the body with the essential nutrients it needs to support immune health and digestive function.

We use a scoop in all our smoothies: 

Here is our favorite go to smoothie recipe that is loved but my whole family. 

  • 1 cup of ice 

  • 1 banana 

  • Hand full of frozen organic strawberries and/or blueberries 

  • Water (organic orange juice is also a great option)

  • 1 scoop terragreens
